The latest nav map update shown on the Navteq site is version 10. I don't have a later part number than the one referenced in the link in the Encyclopedia, but there could be a newer one. With the update we'd have to pull off the road and stop, so I haven't done it. On occasion my passenger has made such entries while we were driving. Your dealer can probably provide you with the "tool number." The disc is not sold as a "part" but as a tool, and may have to be ordered by the workshop.Īlso - the last version of the COMAND firmware update provided ETA however, it also removes the ability to make navigation entries while in motion. ![]()
